    Hi,

Parents old washing machine AWO/D 6507, drain pump keeps requiring a bash to get it going. Probably brushes in drain pump motor, need to replace drain pump assembly.

Can source OEM one from france for a third of the cost of local suppliers plus small delivery charge!

    Anyway..

Although the pump can be accessed from underneath the machine, it is not obvious to me that the mounting clips from the drain pump assembly can be released from underneath. Can't find documentation or videos on this point.

Does anyone know from prior experience please, is the only option to take off the main door, seal, and front panel to get at those clips, or can it be done from underneath somehow?

Please no chicken little replies like hire a repairman for safety or trying to build yourself up by tearing me down. Just hoping for actual prior experience on these clips that I can't quite see fully.

    Thanks,
