If it has a white ring at the end of the fitting it's metric, 15mm. Gray ring at the end is Irish copper, 14.7mm. So no, 15mm hep2o fittings won't work with Irish copper. Most plumbing supplies should have Irish hep2o fittings available off the shelf.
