Battery wiring to inverter

Just wondering how people wired they batteries to their inverters.

I went with this setup so was wondering if it looks good (has been in operation for 1 year)

Using the fuse holder as a disconnect switch and the batteries also have their on/off switches.

I see some people keep adding extra switches/fuses etc but maybe that's for the DIY batteries etc.

Also what lug crimpers are people using? Need to redo some cabling with 35mm cables.
