Advice on outside painting and colours?

Hi all,

I'm looking for advice on painting the outside of my house - is this something an Interior Designer would help with?

The house has some red brick and pebble dash, as well as wood panelling, wooden windows and some timber beams around the front of the house. So there is a mixture of materials and surfaces, but I'm at a loss as to how we can freshen up the look as well as look after the timber properly.

So is it a job for an Interior Designer or who else would help with guidance on external surfaces? An Architect seems like a stretch? Who else would work in this space?
