Reccomendation for independent insurance assessor

Time to get the kitchen sorted regards damp on exposed wall (semi detached) that appears no to have moved to laminate floor in one corner, discovered last night it's a bit spongy all of a sudden. Few other damp spots in house.

Time also to get the house the insulated wrap aswell as new windows and potentially new kitchen.

Yea it's a lot I know.

Any one reccomend Dublin area assessor to present above to insurance company before I also ask them?

So what exactly are your intentions and what exactly is it that you want the an assessor to do for you? And how does all the talk about getting EWI and new windows fit into an insurance claim?

Managed to get some info and spoke to an assessor today about everything in my post. Very helpful lady and calling out next week.

I've never claimed before so pretty new to this whole thing. Whilst the windows and insulation won't be covered, there are some issues to be further looked at. Suppose I want to get an experts opinion before going ahead with lots of expense for someone then to tell me "ah that would been covered under your insurance".
