Cost of Sun Room 2023

    Hi

    Just want to ask the price of a sun room to be added in navan. Very basic ... from dining room ...2 glass walls ... 3rd full brick wall


    Want mostly glass... does the roof need to be tiled or would cladding suffice

    No idea on costs but you will want insualtion in the roof in my opinion to make it usable. Otherwise it will be freezing in winter and too warm in the summer.

    You will also want the floor insulated and the wall.

    I've seen neighbors and friends do these on the cheapo and they tend to end up with unusable spaces due to our climate.

    If it's a south facing sun room though it might be different.
