    Hi all,

(This is mainly for my curiosity more than anything) but would modified lowriders (64 chevy impala, cadillac devile ect..) be legal to own modified in this country. With hydraulic suspension able to bounce, lean ect. Love or hate it, I think it's really cool and truly unique. I imagine insurance would be a MASSIVE hurdle with it, but let's say you sorted that out. Would it have to be nct'ed?,and if it did, would a garda or rsa still have issue with it due to it being (somewhat) difficult to control when raised, lowered ect.

Only wondering has anyone imported a proper one and if so is it still like how you bought it from America

    Thank

If the car is over 40 years old then no NCT is required,as they are exempt.

No idea how insurance would work out.

Probable be impossible insurance wise alright, just asking more than anything I do love them tbf. A guard would probably find some issue with it and it would be classified as not road worthy (for various bouncy reasons) but as you said it doesn't need NCT, so I don't know. Would love to find out tho.👍
