This might be a stupid question and apologies if asked before.
I want to put a fairly large garage beside my house in a rural area.
Rather than bring machinery across the front lawn am I allowed create a temporary opening in the light hedgerow at that side of the house?
The entrance would be on a straight stretch of a regional road.
I'm guessing not but I thought it worth asking.
