Hi we have a Worcester greenstore combi heat pump. It's not running efficiently we are trying to get someone out to look at it but it seems like an impossible task as hardly anyone has experience with the Worcester heat pump.

Not sure what the average usage is we are using 20 units during the day and less at night. We have a timer on tue system for it to come on at night however its calling fir heat may times during the day. The system might be at 33 degrees but it wants to reach 40. Does anyone know how to stop this? (when the timer is off) We were never really shown how to work the system.. Bits of information here and there from plumbers over the years. Not sure if it makes sense what I'm saying but we are desperate. Our unit usage more then doubled and our bill went from about 500 to 1180. I know there are price hikes with the electricity but this just seems crazy? Thanks

That could be an IVT unit, do you have a picture or model number?

They were sold under various branding including Bosch Worchester.

You might find someone with experience on IVT units
