Lead singer with rhythm guitar wanted in Kerry/Limerick area for busy rock band

    Hi guys,

    Frontman wanted for a busy Kerry based band. They will also double up as a rhythm guitarist (electric). Ideally suited to someone from Kerry, Limerick area or similar with their own transport, from around Munster.

    Calendar is busy, a mix of weddings, pub gigs and corporate events. Mostly these are in the Munster region, but travel elsewhere on occasion. Most gigs are Fri/Sat, bank holiday Sundays, occasional Thursday here and there (rare, usually for a wedding). Band is a five piece and well rehearsed with many years experience around the province. Setlist is typically rock/pop, and similar for weddings but with the usual wedding bits you’d expect to throw in! Some examples of the set include Mr Brightside, Sex on Fire, Boys are Back in Town, Dakota, Shut Up and Dance, Summer of 69, Basket Case, usual Oasis and Beatles hits etc. Don’t worry, no Wagon Wheels (unless they’re the wrapped chocolate ones…). Confidence as a guitar player is a must, lead playing ability isn’t essential.

    Own transport, previous experience playing live, enthusiasm, banter, good gear, good attitude and commitment essential and ready to hit the ground running ASAP. And naturally up for the craic!
