Hi. I'm currently contracting into a large irish company as a sole trader. Currently the company are putting pressure on for us sole traders to become limited companys. This is due to revenue coming onto them for employer prsi as we should be employees according to revenue

I have been advised not to become limited but to look for contract for services as this will sort the issue?. Is this correct?
