Wood pellet stoves in Ireland with a decent service/maintenance support record

    Bought a wood pellet stove 3 years ago from<snip> made by an Italian company <snip>

    3 months without it now.

    It's a software issue.

    No response from local agent, Italians won't engage, they tell me to deal with local agent so looks like I have 80 kgs of scrap metal.

    Anyone got a pellet stove with decent support ?
