    So your opening post was not true then? You said you were selling the house but you are clearly not.

    Good for you having the house since 1993 and providing for ur kids. But everything else you post is untrustworthy. One can only imagine the indignation u would feel if a dodgy landlady like you tried the same routine on ur kids.

    On the basis of the figures you provided, you are arguing over a sum of 388 euro as a half deposit. Nothing to you but a lot of part time hours for students to work.

    I hope the 388 makes a big difference to you.... maybe buy a bigger picture with it.
