Don't know what to do with windows of new office door.

Here are what I've on the current windows. I like it because it offers a certain amount of privacy. The things is that the desk in the office is perpendicular to the door, which itself is at the end of a corridor. So if it were just plain glass instead in new door, I'd feel really naked inside.

These curtains I have at the moment obviously don't look very good, and they can collect dust. So I'm just wondering what else could I do with the new door that would give a similar feel, but that would also look better?
