    Hello

Please bear with me if I have not outlined any of the following questions clearly:

I wonder can anybody answer any of these questions any knowledgeable answers, input, conversation would be very much appreciated, the usual sources e.g. Union, H.R. Pensions etc are not really forthcoming.

Has anybody been seconded to a not for profit N.G.O. from a semi state or civil service department for over 20 years and counting...

Have ye received a higher duty allowance or acting allowance as part of that secondment

Have ye returned or been redeployed to a Government department after several years, decades even

How is the allowance treated in relation to pensionability after very long term secondment which goes on for decades e.g. 26 years

When Higher duty allowances are allocated, how long before they attract pension or are reckoned for pension purposes.

Is it a requirement that the allowance is held for a year before it reckons for pension purposes e.g. in the 3 years prior to retirement

What are Variable pension allowances, what is the meaning of Variable and what is a special

Do higher duty allowance not attract the pay improvement 6.5%

    Thanks very much
