Beating the Sunday scaries..

    Hi all,

    When Friday lands, I often get this feeling of excitement for the weekend ahead. This carries all the possibilities of the activities I can fill my weekend with, whether they are regular pastimes, going out for lunch or trying a new activity or two. Then comes Sunday, the day that leaves me disappointed that the weekend is at its furthest point again. As Sunday grows old the Sunday scares hang over me like a raincloud which is often part of this experience. The fear of a 5-day working week fills my mind. The evening of routine approaches and I follow a list to ensure I am prepared for the beginning of the following week we call "Monday" *sigh*. As I set off towards the big smoke where I live during the week, I listen to the top 40 (if I remember correctly) which I feel is the ultimate sign that I must brace myself for all the unexpected tasks and issues that my working week has laid out for me in advance. Monday morning my bedroom wall tremble from the echoing of my I phone alarm! It has begun! Monday is here!!!

    So my question is, what do you do to combat the dread of Monday? How do you make Monday slightly more bearable? I am open to any advice or options!
