Hi all, I’m a fitter by trade and have found myself stripping and rebuilding my oil burner and boiler and was wondering has anyone who is not a plumber gone down the root of getting Oftec registered to service/ commission oil boilers? I work full time and would continue to do so this would be a part time thing so would just like to know if this route has been travelled and if anyone has had success? Also would it be stupid to do this as oil boilers cannot be installed in new builds from this year onward. Any feedback would be helpful thanks
