New install - batteries keep dropping from 20% (my minimum) to 15% at night over a 45 minute period

I'm seeing the batteries need to be charged up, usually in the night for what appears no reason.

I've set my minimum SOC at 20% but for some reason it drops to 15% in around 40minutes, usually in the night between midnight and 6am.

Firstly I'm not using anything at night, no timers etc and secondly, even if I was it should use grid power as the batteries are at the min SOC 20%

I understand the batteries naturally will have current flowing and so will need topping up but surely that should be a steady drop not plunging in 40 minutes?

Weirdly, you can see in the picture that energy from the battery steadily goes up with no spike so I'm lost.

    Any ideas?

It's 15%. So it's doing it's job in part (charging from grid at 15% until it gets to 20%) What I don't get is why it suddenly drops at around 1am. Sometimes it 5am, seems pretty random and the drop is rapid.

UPDATE, A firmware update totally fixed the issue. (went from 1.4 to 1.7 using BatterView)

I'm amazed to be honest, there must be lots of people running old FW and having issues without noticing. I've compared the data pre and post FW update and it was definitely costing me money. It's a shame Pylontech don't make it easier to update. Updating the FW will be beyond many people with installations. I've included a graph showing my normal State of charge now it's fixed. Notice only a small drop overnight
