Hi, this campaign is being run by CPL on behalf of the HSE. It does not include or ask the usual questions "give examples /demonstrate specific competencies" on the application form although it does state them on the job spec, do you include these STAR competencies under each of your Career Positions, Main Responsibilities…

Hi, this campaign is being run by CPL on behalf of the HSE. It does not include or ask the usual questions "give examples /demonstrate specific competencies" on the application form although it does state them on the job spec, do you include these STAR competencies under each of your Career Positions, Main Responsibilities in the application form or are these just for the interview stage? Any help appreciated as i am not familiar with these.

Update... I have read the spec again, competencies are for the interview stage. This discussion can be closed, i cant seem to delete.
