Temporary Water Supply

I've been looking into the supply of water during the construction stage of a new build. It's in an urban area. I was wondering about storing water onsite vs getting a temporary water supply from Irish Water which seems to require a lot of paperwork and business level charges! Or do I pester the neighbour to borrow their garden hose?

What would you recommend to ensure renderers, brickies have sufficient supply? Thanks.
