Explain this PPR entry?

I just googled a property. A new house was built in the garden of the old house. But the PPR entry is as follows:

    https://tinyurl.com/mwvkerhs

They are now two distinct houses, with two distinct entrances. So, why is the number of each house the same: no. 1? I would have expected the new build to be 1A or some such.

Second, the ppr entry gives the impression that not only is it the same house, but that the €1,058 million house was built upon the site that sold for €605k a year before. However, in reality the site upon which the new house was built was sold separately: https://property.finnegan.ie/residential/brochure/site-at-monaloe-blackrock-county-dublin/4499202 (https://tinyurl.com/42rdw6b5)

Yet the price of that site does not appear on the Property Price Register at all. Why would that be?
