    Just wondering if anyone knew what was happening with this office that Flynn Group built a few years ago?

    From passing it looks like the inside is being refurbished / modified?

    And it also seems like they are clearing the site beside it to start building a second phase, which I found strange considering the first building hasn't been let yet.

    I heard chatter that the HSE might be taking some or all of it - nothing verified though.

    The builders appear to be subdividing it internally and installing lifts for the last few months. Site clearance is ongoing on the undeveloped portion of the site. I believe there is planning permission for two other buildings on this site. It’s been complete/vacant since 2019.
