Recommendations for a Knee Physiotherapist [Dublin]

    Hi All,

I have been suffering from knee pain on/off for the last 5 years. On Monday past, I went for a hike and on the decline, knee pain started to appear in my right knee and shortly followed in my left. When I stopped moving, the pain disappeared but as soon as I started moving, it reappeared. In the past, the same pain would appear on impact e.g. when running or jumping

    Brief History

2 x MRIs - right knee nothing showed up (despite this knee being the main cause of pain), left knee showed signs of grade 2 chondromalacia patella

    1 x X-Ray

2 x Osteopath Visits (MRI's above showed nothing, the recommendation from the osteopath was to attend a rheumatologist however I never followed through with this due to $$$)

I have seen physiotherapists in both Santry Sports Clinic (SSC) and Sports Physio Ireland however did not see improvement with either despite following their programmes rigorously for 9-12 months.

Has anyone experienced knee injuries and had a successful outcome with any physiotherapist in Dublin that they would recommend? I will travel anywhere in Dublin for the right person!
