Have had bill of 550euro for november/dec would have been over 1100 euro only for govt and first year discounts. I have used near the same kws in last 2 months as i did in first 9. Im putting it down to underfloor heating/ air to water system. Am i stupid for being on std 24hr rate with my smart meter. Should i be on day/night rate as i know underfloor is working alot harder at night time.

That seems a huge difference in kWh

    Day/night is an old system

I didn't think underfloor was supposed to change the workrate much over the course of a day as the interior of the building should be well insulated so the losses overnight should be minimal. The variable factors are the solar gain and the ambient temperature. Therefore I'm not sure that a D/N rate would benefit you.

Putting a meter on it would tell you better.
