Electric Ireland billing and government grant

Hi is anybody out there having a problem with there billing not showing there 200 euro government grant has not come of there bill our am I not just not seening it ..?? help needed

The €200 is listed as a credit in my EI online account. As such it doesn't appear in the bills themselves but it's quite clear that the credit was applied to our last bill, and that we still have a small credit left towards the next bill.

Yes same here as its listed on my EI bill and bill was E158 and out of my bank was E108 so E50 of that credit was used in paying off that bill.

Have a look on the second page of your bill, where it breaks out the PSO levy, VAT, etc.

It should look something like this - figures may be lower if your bill didn't use up the full 200

Government Electricity Credit 183.49 cr

VAT 9% on €183.49cr 16.51 cr

Hi yea I looked at that and it shows government payment that is in my new bill from the 18oct to the 14 dec

my issue is on my bill from 19 aug to 17oct government credit was in my account on the 30th of October so to late for them to take it if that bill

so we’re did the payment go it dosent seem to have been taken off my new bill ?it’s shows there at the end it on my December bill ..

apologises these bills wreck my head lol

What do you mean where did the payment go? It's right there on your bill?

There was only one €200 payment so far, and it has been correctly credited to your latest bill.
