Lidl e scooter battery charger

This is a long shot but thought I would give it a go, I purchased a lidl e scooter last year and I am now having trouble charging the battery, would anyone in the general Greystones area have one of these scooters that I could try the charger? This is a long shot but thought I would give it a go, I purchased a lidl e scooter last year and I am now having trouble charging the battery, would anyone in the general Greystones area have one of these scooters that I could try the charger? I have a feeling that it is the charger that is faulty as when I plug it in the green light stays on all the time ie does not turn red for charging.
I would like to test it out before I go to the expense of buying a new charger, any help much appreciated. I think the model is AW6000.
