Removing fitted kitchen cabinet for dishwasher

Advice wanted.. I want to remove this kitchen cabinet unit (see pic)

to put in a dishwasher. I've got the door off easily. I've removed the screws in the side walls. But the cabinet unit won't budge. What's holding it in? Are they usually glued to the next unit? Or fixed from behind? Any ideas of how I get it out? I want to fit the dishwasher under the countertop and can cut the kickboard. I guess I'll have to cut the board at the back too. Thanks in advance.

Take the kick board off and have a look from underneath. If there is only a single sheet of chipboard on the left it might be the right side of a double unit!

At a guess screws going into units left and right and screws going to that unit left and right.

Unsure if any are going into worktop also

Have you measured space for a roll in frontal dishwasher or a built in unit.

Kick panel may have adjustable feet to lower frame down and hold off cutting it as unsure how it is attached or needed again.

How close are you to a cold feed and and drain pipe as more removal of kitchen maybe needed and you need a power point .

Cold water feed would need a shut off valve if removing dishwasher

    Agree

    take kickboard off

there may be screws into the worktop above which need to be removed

remove the screws in side panels (they may be screwed from adjacent presses also)

snap off the legs that are under the press(usually black) there may be screw legs which adjust upwards

the unit should bull forward now

    if it doesn’t

break the bottom shelf out (stamp on it)

break back of unit (usually light hardboard)

then you have access to the 2 side panels which will prise off

    prise the top off

Do you have an accessible socket behind the unit for power?
