What’s everyone’s thoughts on the Season Ticket offering for 2023?

€150 which covers the league games, first two championship games, club finals in Jan

I have had one every year since it started, but skipped it last year and am torn on getting it this year

About the Season Ticket

The Ticket provides access for one person to all your county’s Allianz Leagues matches & GAA Senior Championship matches. Football Season Ticket holders will receive entry to their county’s opening championship fixture. Hurling Season Ticket holders will receive entry to their county’s two opening championship fixtures. The Season Ticket also includes tickets to the All Ireland Senior Club Finals.
Dedicated fans will be entitled to All-Ireland Final tickets. See All-Ireland Ticket Information for more details.
You can buy the Ticket online only and you will need a credit card or debit card to do so.
You pay an initial base price of €150 (or €250 for Adult Club+). The Juvenile GAA Season Ticket has a base price of €30. Following your county’s opening championship match(es) you can purchase all your championship match tickets through your Season Ticket account.
The GAA Season Ticket is county specific and code specific, that means you will need one for hurling and one for football if you wish to follow your county in both codes throughout the season.
There is a small number of venues where there is insufficient stand capacity to guarantee a seat.

The GAA Season Ticket covers the following for your county:

GAA 2023 Allianz Leagues round matches in selected code.
Opening match of GAA Senior Football Championships.
Opening two matches of GAA Senior Hurling Championships.
For the remainder of the championship the Season Ticket holder can log into their account and purchase championship match tickets for their County. There are a variety of routes to the All-Ireland Final in both codes and the prices for each game along the way do differ.

Its €250 per year to cover your club games as well.

€150 for county only

Yeah opted not to go for it in the end.

it was a great idea when it came out first, but nowhere near value for money anymore

As a Dublin football ticket holder since day 1 it’s only value is for all Ireland final ticket. Apart from that the value is long gone.

I think it was €70 at start and that was 8 games min covered. I think it covered club finals and any league game for football also for free

Wish counties would allow ticket holders into club games of opposite code. If I have. Season football ticket I should get into club hurling games in county. It’s only a small perk.

Been guaranteed an All Ireland ticket is the big plus if your county were o get there although thats probably only relevant to 4/5 counties in either code. I dont think A/I tickets are as hard get since its 82,000 plus regular finalists and cost of living factors.

Two free matchs in the Hurling championship makes it slightly better value . The league matchs and championship matchs are so quick on top of each other its hard for people to get to all games anymore which is a downside.

I got them for the coming year but may be my last as 150 isnt great value anymore. Just as easy pick and choose 2 or 3 league games to attand and same for championship .

Got it for years but gave up since it went to €150. No value in it at that price.

Huge amount of football games now. Either a second opt out or a second free game would have been welcome. Still have my two but I’ll have to see how this year goes.

one small thing ……..I get them as a present with my son for Xmas. A print out instead of the card is pretty crappy considering how much they cost !

I didn't purchase the Club+ Season Ticket last year. Can anyone tell me how the club portion works? I can't find anything on the GAA website about it, just the intercounty portion.
