New house upgrade

    Hello everyone,

We have purchased house build in the 80s and moving in soon. It has old oil burner, classic cold water tank in the attic and old hot water tank. Two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

I would like to exchange oil burner for a new condenser one and do upgrade on plumbing. What would be the general advise in terms of set up? Should we keep the vented system and just upgrade whats there or is there better alternative? Would you recommend combiboiler, electric showers or combination? How much would the upgrade cost roughly? Basically what would you do if you were doing upgrade on this?

Any advise would be highly appreciated!
