2011 Zafari 1.7 electrical problem

Hi Everyone, My 2011 Zafari 1.7 keeps blowing a fuse, (Link to Fusebox Image 1drv.ms/u/s!AkhgRG46SGqLj-xvr3qf8Fb0LUOZzA?e=K2hWwM ) The engine cuts out when the fuse blows and the Starter motor wont turn over to restart until a new fuse is put in. It has been getting worse over time, and now it will start for a minute at most with a new fuse. I dont live near a car electrician or I'm not near a main dealer so any help would be apricated. I cant think how the engine electric and the starter motor are connected or what is shorting out the fuse. all other electric seem to be ok. I'm been told its fuse F30 which is the engine management fuse and this fuse feeds the Air mass Meter, the ECU and the glow timer control if that helps

What is the blob at the right hand side of the fuse?

More than likely the fuse box needs replacing. They are known for water ingress.

Take those 2 torx screws out and the fuse box will separate. Ther might be a 3rd one under the black cover in the top left of your picture. The circuit board underneath will look corroded.

Ive seen it on a fair few of these.

Denso Ecu very prone to water damage particularly at this time of year, also open up the wiring loom from fusebox to ecu and check for damaged/rubbing cables.
