Can pipe lagging for 19mm pipe be used on 15mm pipe?

    Grateful for any thoughts.

Basically I need to lag heating pipes going into an old concrete floor with no insulation under the slab. Plumber was going to use 9mm tubolite pipe.

I can get 19mm tubolite insulation for the 15mm pipes easily. Ie 15 x19mm pipe lagging

However the only 25mm insulation I can get is for 19mm pipes, ie 19 x 25mm

Could I use the the 19x25mm pipe lagging for 15mm heating pipe, or what would the disadvantages of doing so?

    Thanks!
