Shower Causing Tap to stop working

Got a Stuart Turner pump put in and works grand except when i have a shower. After the shower the taps do not work. I have to leave them open for 10 seconds before pump kicks in . Any ideas? This did not happen with other pump but i am trying to figure out why shower triggers it
