Hi, does anyone know how long you have to be in a Department after coming in on mobility to avail of an internal transfer? The EO mobility terms and conditions say 1 year but my HR are saying 2 . I know it's 2 years for a further mobility move but I am trying to get to a different office in the same Department. Just to add I was previously in this Department as a CO for over 2 years if that matters. Thanks

It's 2 years as far as I know.

The one year mentioned in Mobility terms & conditions is a general minimum (so presumably, they checked with the bodies, and a year was the lowest) - the individual organisation governs their own internal transfers outside the formal scheme.
