Hi, last year the NCT guy told me my LEDs are blue even though i argued they're white. He let it pass provided I change them this year. I'm told I'm gonna have to change the entire headlight. Is it not possible just to change the LEDs? I see them for sale at 76 euro a piece whereas an entire headlignt is 360 a piece. It seems odd to have to change an entire headlight due to a few decorative LEDs encircling the main bulb.

Did someone fit aftermarket angel eyes or aftermarket headlights?

I'd be inclined to wait until it actually failed the NCT before spending any money on something like that. Unless you're at one of the small country NCT centres, the chances of getting the same tester are feck all.

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.
