Air B&B or rent a room(s)

    Hi,

I have a three bed semi that I'm living in. I've spend enough years renting where I'd like to just have the house to myself at weekends at least. I can manage the mortgage fine but I have a loan from a family member to furnish the house. I could do with some extra cash to pay him back.

Would Air B&B be my best option or I could just rent the room(s) out Monday to Friday.

    Thoughts?

    Depending on location.

Remember the shills only get paid when you react to them.

I am not familiar with the area to be honest but would you even get people doing Airbnb in Kildare? I thought Airbnb more suited for city centre or howth, etc

I don't know a lot about air B&B to be honest but I'm sure where I am isn't the most sought after area. However tradesmen, or God knows who may use it

A friend swears by homestay in terms of flexible renting. She usually has trades people from the UK
