Hi all, any thoughts or info on this would be helpful. Recently did staff officer interview at a different local authority to the one I'm in. Placed 3 on the local authority and 8 in the open competition. It is a small local authority and they wont tell me how many vacancies they had initially. The interviews were held over three days so I'm guessing about 15 people. On these VERY loose figures would anyone hazard a guess if i would be called in the next year. Vague i know...
