Just seeking a little advice - my friends heating is gas. Boiler is only 5 years old - owns house 20 years from new - the heating has always been problematic since day 1. Upstairs all rads fine - downstairs rads never really heated - cool - etc - numerous plumbers over the years never able to solve issue - is there any professionals other than plumbers , that can just go in , test the system - identify the issue , recommend a remedy ? Always a nuisance - now , with bills through the roof half heating the house is not ideal - any general advice in particular from anyone that might have had a similar type issue - would be really appreciated - long shot , I appreciate

    Is the heating zoned?

What size is the house, what size is the boiler?

And automatic valves installed? One could be faulty.

Is there a thermometer upstairs and/or downstairs?

    Is the pump running okay?
