Location to park car

    I am going to be out of country for 3 to 6 months and need somewhere

    to park car while gone at reasonable rates. My family have no room to

    use for parking, does any one have suggestions of where it may be possible to

    securely leave my car at reasonable price, thanks

    FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

    You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

    Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

    There are a.few classic car and caravan and camper storage places. A local car dealer or classic club might be able to find something very local. Prices vary for outdoor or indoor storage, indoor damp or dry, routinely moving the car to prevent flat spots in tyres etc. Ideally get all 4 wheels off the ground and disconnect the battery at a minimum. Consider selling the car if no firm plan to return. See if you can out existing car insurance on hold to extend the length of policy and declare the car off the road for tax BEFORE the tax runs out or you will need to back pay motor tax.
