New rear brakes heating up

I recently had new rear pads discs and calipers put on my 2008 passat . But I've noticed that they are way hotter than the front ones . I used an infrared thermometer and the rear discs are reading around 180-200c whereas the front ones are reading around 80 after a 10km drive . No smell of smoke or rubbing just you can feel the heat out through the alloy . Just wondering is this normal ?

No, this isn’t normal. I wonder if it’s handbrake related

Not normal, are they hot on both sides?

May not have rewound the calipers correctly or done basic settings.

it is common new break pads "seize" if frames rusty and not been cleaned properly

If new calipers then maybe they haven't set the correct thickness of the new pads for the handbrake setting. With the handbrake indicated as disengaged, can you push the car easily enough?
