Hi
Can anyone tell me if they have of any progress regarding technical grades being open to mobility?
I am in my job 22 years and desperately trying to get to another department as there is no hope of progression in my current department. I am on a couple of panels but god knows how long it will take before I am called/ interviewed.
Also does anyone know if I take a career break in the meantime does it affect those panels if called?
