Ryanair booking glitch.. Anyone ever experienced this?

picked the Ok, so this is mental...

2 weeks ago I booked a return flight for Nov 18th departure date with the return date being Monday 28th.

Logged into the app today and saw that the return flight was now Monday 21st!?

I was shocked to say the least...Like, I would have put this down to me simply being an idiot and selecting the wrong Monday....

    BUT

This exact same thing has happened me before with Ryanair a few years ago which makes me very very suspicious....

When I was talking to a customer service person she immediately went to "on our end there was no change of flight so we cannot waiver the change of flight fee"...

And when I explained how I was flabbergasted I was as to how the date was wrong and how certain I was that I had hadn't fucked up she retorted with "have you a screenshot"?... Which is kinda like asking someone for a time machine... Why would one EVER do this ? This made me think this kind of error is not uncommon...

I work in software and am never surprised at how common defects like this can occur in apps/websites so I'm entertaining the possibility of it being a legit error on the app/booking database.

I know it's only 45 euro fee to change(and a difference of 15euro in the flight fee 🤷‍♂️ ) but I'd obviously rather not pay for an error unless I'm CERTAIN it was down to my negligence.

Anyone else ever came across this madness?
