    Hi All,

I requested an executive pension application pack today with a provider and was informed they are no longer available for new customers pending an eu hearing.

Could anyone elaborate and recommend the best self managed pension options available for a business owner.

    Many thanks

There were a lot of changes with iorps II that put a lot of restrictions.

But unless you have substantial funds, a directors pension with Zurich prisma funds or something similar is ideal. Zurich prisma has 5 funds with different levels of risk.

If you go onto www.askaboutmoney.com website you will get good answers from experts who give advice there. - Heavily moderated, so advice will always be good

They are back on the market using a master trust solution.

My understanding is that Irish life, New Ireland and Aviva have them available.

Zurich don't offer an EPP currently.

p.s. Please don't make insurer or fund recommendations with no knowledge of the individual circumstances, and don't suggest other websites either!
