Turning off water to gravity fed shower

Have water tanks in the attic automatically got a valve to stop water going directly to shower (Triton T90)? Would such shut off valve be in the attic close to the tank or in the actual house? - There are two red shut off handles in the “hot press”.

I assume this isn’t fed from the cylinder in the “hot press” ??

There should be two 3/4 inch pipes coming form the cold water tank. This is for the hot & cold for the house. There should be dedicated 1/2 inch pipe for the shower. The plu, mber may or may not have installed a valve. The plumber might not have installed the dedicated 1/2 inch pipe. He might have tapped into the 3/4 inch pipe in the hot press or elsewhere. Try turning off the ones in the hot press & see if water flow to the shower has stopped
