2020 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER SAHARA 200 SERIES

Recently purchased a 2020 Sahara edition LandCruiser which was originally an Australian vehicle. Stunning car and does everything mechanically I wish but I'm finding it very difficult to find certain parts for it in the eu market. For example, I purchased a heavy duty rubber mat set from Toyota LMR through the VIN number but when they arrived they were completely off. Toyota basically shrugged and said it was the best they could do.

Also the sat nav is set for Australia. I have an SD card but cant find the software update online to purchase and I'm talking to a brick wall when asking Toyota Ireland for help.

Does anyone have a source for configuring the navigation system or some wizard who has experience with them ? I don't want to swap the whole head out as it looks well already.

I'm also hoping someone could point me in the direction of some after market parts. Im hoping some could be sourced in the Uk.

If this thread is in the wrong place do let me know and I appreciate any help in advance!

I doubt very much if Paddy Connollys will help you , but both them and Blanch 4x4 have brought in oz Toyotas . Maybe be nice on phone and say you moved back from Oz and brought it with you.

I've purchased from PC before so maybe it might not be a terrible route. Blanch 4x4 had a vehicle I was interested but we could not agree on a fair price. Good tip with Connolly tho I may give him a bell.

did you import it yourself ? if so is there much involved in bringing in an OZ vehicle to europe ?

No, I picked it up from a dealer in Galway. He said an associate brought it home but couldn't sell it so the garage sold it on his behalf. I do have the Australian registration papers with it.

Either way, like brining in a car from the UK I reckon you're gonna get severely screwed over.

Regarding the head unit, I suspect it's different hardware to what was used in Europe so you're probably out of luck there. You'd probably be better off just getting a double-DIN fascia adaptor/wiring harness and fitting your own if you want something that works fully, maybe something with CarPlay/Android Auto.

It came with an SD card. I was presuming you just load the data onto the card and then update the data on the system.
