Hi everyone,

It looks like they've got the show house ready and actual photographs on the website for the new development in Maynooth, Linden Demesne, but can't seem to find any info on dates as to when they'll be on sale. Does anyone know?

Disappointed with the price of the 3bed semi s in this development. Did anyone go to the viewing at the weekend and reserve a house?

I had called in on Sunday. They had sold out of the 4 beds by Saturday but there were still a few 3 beds going. Not sure if they sold all, but they are v. pricey!

Feb/Mar for phase 1, not sure about phase 2

We're in the early stages of buying a house there too. We were told the handover should be around May/ June? Not sure if that's phase 1 or 2?

Hey folks, I was thinking of having a look at this development (and Maynooth in general; I hear it’s lovely but have never been). Was just wondering if anyone has already moved in and, if so, what your thoughts are about the area, etc. Thanks!
