What are the obligations of a company director / secretary for a small ltd company in Ireland. What are the obligations of a company director / secretary for a small ltd company in Ireland. Obviously there is the whole act in good faith, do whats best for the business etc but from a paperwork point of view.
File Annual Return / B1 within 56 days of financial year end
Pay corporation tax within 9 months of financial year end
Are there any other paperwork/forms that must be completed for the most basic of companies?
