Feeding weanlings outside

Have put 3 5 month old weanlings on 2 acres of good grass. Feeding ration each day. Should I be feeding them either hay or straw in combination with the grass? Hoping to sell them off in Nov/ Dec.

Depends on a few things but mostly the weather. If it’s very wet, then offer them some hay and they’ll tell you quick enough if they want/need it
