Vodafone router help

After a power outage & thunderstorm my Vodafone router has all its lights flashing. I have tried resetting it & they continue to flash whilst the reset button is being held down. Has anyone experienced this? Voda CS aren't helpful

New modem is needed. Ask Vodafone to send a tech out to check modem.

Yes. Modem was gone & my neighbour's too. Had to wait for an eircom engineer to call & check the line & then wait another day for another engineer to deliver the modem
