Solis inverter wiring

While I am many months away from my Solar PV install, I would like to get an idea of what cabling runs from the consumer unit to the inverter. I hope to run whatever cabling is needed as it is a difficult run in my house and I'd prefer to be the one pulling up carpets, floorboards, built-in wardrobes etc. The installers might be happy with surface mount cabling but I despise visible wires 😀

Obviously a 6/10 sq mains cable is required. I think there is also a RS485 cable needed? I already have a CT clamp in place for my Zappi but I think one is required also for the inverter?

Any advice would be great, thanks.

Ours are on a 4mm2 cable, Can handle it no bother.

But yeah it would need a cat 5e/cat6 for either CT's or the RS485 depending on where the installer puts the meter.
