    Hi all can a cleaning company Hire a self employed cleaner legally in Ireland, this means the person will take care of all his or her related payments with tax by her self

    Yes, they can subcontract.

    But the self employed person does have to be genuinely self employed: set their own schedule, provide their own equipment, not be supervised by the company. Etc.
